Your Account

Your profile, language, password, and default workspace all live under the user menu — the avatar button at the far right of the header.

Profile

Open the user menu and choose your profile to see and update your display name and contact details. Your display name is what teammates see on notes, activity entries, and notifications.

Language

The interface is fully translatable, and your language choice is personal:

  • Pick your language in your account settings; every label, button, and message switches

immediately — no logout needed.

  • Your organization may also define a regional wording variant (for example, industry-specific

terminology layered on top of a base language). If a variant does not cover the active language, the base language shows through gracefully.

Note
Your language preference follows you across spaces and devices. Documentation pages like
this one are currently written in English.

Changing your password

  1. Open the user menu and choose Change password.
  2. Enter your current password, then the new one twice.
  3. Confirm — you stay signed in on this device.

Changing your password

Important
Administrators can require a password change at your next sign-in (for example
after a reset). When that flag is set you are taken straight to the change screen and cannot
continue until the new password is saved.
Tip
Some sensitive actions ask you to re-enter your password even mid-session. That is
intentional — a second lock on the most dangerous doors — and your administrator controls which
actions demand it.

Spaces and your default

If you belong to several spaces, the space switcher in the header moves you between them. Choose Set as default on the one you use most: sign-ins land you there directly instead of asking every time.

Signing out

Log out in the user menu ends your session on the current device. Sessions also expire on their own after inactivity; signing back in returns you to your default space.
